We want you to be satisfied with your personalised meal plan. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. One-time digital product
Each purchase delivers an emailed PDF meal plan. No printed copy is mailed. Because the digital file is delivered immediately upon payment, by completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content is waived once delivery begins (where applicable under EU/UK consumer law).
2. 14-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your meal plan for any reason, email contact@fodlist.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
3. Delivery issues
If the PDF did not arrive in your inbox, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will resend the file or refund the purchase.
4. How to request a refund
Email contact@fodlist.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email used at checkout. No returns are required — the digital file is yours to keep.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will resolve genuine issues quickly and refund any qualifying order without dispute.
