Quiz responses. Goals, health stage, dietary preferences and concerns you share to generate your personalised plan.
Contact details. If you provide an email address, we store it to deliver your plan and optional follow-ups.
Technical data. IP address, browser type, device information, and basic analytics (pages viewed, time on page).
2. How we use information
To generate your personalised diabetes-friendly meal plan, improve our recipes and recommendations, send your plan and optional educational content, and maintain the security and performance of the Service.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process health-related preferences on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
4. Sharing
